He also pointed out how the supposed Madden NFL curse didn’t have a negative impact on Super Bowl winner Patrick Mahomes. “Patrick Mahomes is on the front and he won MVP. I want that curse. I hope that’s a curse,” Jackson said.

Lamar Jackson had an incredible season with the Baltimore Ravens last year, with the team finishing with an impressive 14-2 record. As reported by Vicksburg Daily News, Jackson’s stats included 3,000 yards passing and 1,000 yards rushing, the most in a single season by any player to date. Considering his impressive stats, it’s no surprise that Jackson is the cover athlete of Madden NFL 21.
Assuming there are no development delays due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, football fans can expect Madden NFL 21 to launch at some point in August.
